When you request a quote or book a job with Verdly, we ask for:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your property address, so we know where to attend the job
- Any notes you choose to add — for example pets on the property, parking information, or access details
We only collect what we need to quote, schedule, confirm, and complete your booking.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to:
- Provide you with an accurate estimate
- Schedule your booking and send you a confirmation
- Contact you about your job — for example to confirm timing or ask a clarifying question
We don't sell your information, and we never use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
To run our booking system, we use a trusted third-party tool:
- Web3Forms — to securely receive the details you submit through our booking and contact forms.
This provider only receives what's needed to deliver the booking functionality on our site — we don't share your information with anyone else, and never for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking details for as long as needed to deliver your service and maintain basic business records. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask — see below.
Your information, your choice
You're welcome to ask us to delete your information at any time — whether that's after a one-off job or simply because you'd rather we didn't hold it.
